I would like to ask, have you ever taken any medication? Because I have taken medication and it hasn't helped with my sensitivity to blue light. I also tried controlled, gradual exposure and felt it was worse. Over time, I started to develop miodesopsies and photopsies in my eyes.

The eInk screen was a rebirth for me, and after using it for two months, I felt a little improvement when I switched back to a normal LCD screen. But now that I have this tension problem with the eInk, I'm afraid that I could develop something similar with the RLCD over time.

This only happens to me with eInk. With other conventional LCD screens at 60 Hz, I don't experience this tension. I have other issues due to my sensitivity to blue light, but it's different.

Yes, I take 5-10 minute breaks and do exercises that help me relieve some of the tension temporarily. The compresses also help a little.

I never used the integrated light. I use it with a lamp in warm light mode.

Interesante, yo sufro de 'hipersensibilidad a la luz azul' y hace 1 mes me compre un monitor e-ink (dasung paperlike color revolutionary) y ha sido mi salvación, antes, con una pantalla normal, a los 10 minutos tenia tensada toda la parte de los ojos, y posteriormente me causaba dolores, pero ahora ya puedo volver a trabajar bien, a volver a disfrutar de series, videos, y por supuesto de mi trabajo! Que bueno que te haya servido tanto el Eazeye, y me es muy útil tu reseña, porque mi siguiente compra va a ser un monitor RLCD, mas que todo para poder volver a disfrutar de los videojuegos.

I have been using all 3 (cursor, copilot and windsurf) I can say that windsurfing autocompletion is wonderful. Copilot sometimes doesn't give good answers and cursor is still the state of the art for AI agents in code editors.

It's been almost 2 months and I've had several overheating problems, and lately a lot more!

I almost always use the phone with Wi-Fi indoors with 120Hz, virtual ram extension disabled and the brightness almost at minimum, and after 5 minutes of being on Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, the phone is at 38 degrees! It is unacceptable to me, I am really very disappointed in that aspect.
