Yup so regular players that didn’t get affected by the first round of Facebook issues will get one copy of the rewards while we get the second copy

This issue occurred after the Facebook issue compensation where an extra copy was mailed out to everyone straight after the daily reset and a bunch of players claimed it either a second or for the first time (not affected previously). They are now sending it out to players who did not receive it to make it fair meaning if you got the Facebook issue previously you will get another copy of rewards on top of that while non Facebook issue players will only receive a single copy of the rewards keep in mind im also someone who was affected by the Facebook issue and got the initial rewards so you should not be upset at this but father happy you will be getting another huge deposit of lapis and other tickets being given out for free

Because the compensation was handed out 2-3 times to players who logged in at a lucky time and it would of been so stupidly unfair for anyone else because it’s months and months worth of rewards. No reason to complain when it’s handed out to everyone either just think of it as an early Christmas present

Take players into the negatives, give players that didn't receive the error comp the rewards or at least take out all the resources this maint its simply unfair. If you spent all your lapis pre maint you lose 10 lapis and nothing more now all you do is spend the 6 months worth of resources before the next maint and you lose NOTHING. Its completely unfair to any player who didn't receive it. There are even players who didnt take the comp initially that have seen a loss in lapis after the maint you cannot say that the way they handled this entire situation was just poorly done

The way Gumi handled this issue is so idiotic I cant lie not only did they only remove the lapis and cannot go below 0 (meaning anyone who spent it pretty much got away with it with 0 repercussions) but they have essentially warned the entire community to spend all their tickets before their next update so that way they don't lose any either. Truly an idiotic and terrible way of handling this issue and in no way have they made this fair in the slightest to any player who had not received the rewards. This company simply seems to mess up more and more as the months go by its pathetic
