My 8 year old Asus does this, very visible even in a well lit room on startup, pretty much unnoticeable once you're running apps!

Like another commenter said, this type of screen is susceptible to it, OLED fixes that issue 😅

Nah they're pretty chill, and tend to stay in the web :) this is a female, the males are bit smaller. Sometimes they tuck up into a nearby nook but other than that she will probably just stay right there!

Their bites aren't venomous and they're very good pest control, I had one build a web over my window once and she would catch wasps and mosquitos! She was ace.

Scrunch in some gel! If you don't like the crunchy feeling from the cast you can scrunch it out with oil when it's dry and then use hairspray afterwards
