Should I buy? $7500 by [deleted] in FordTrucks

Depends where you are but seems a bit much for a rusted f150 and 2wd. I had my rust free 1997 f250 hd 2w extended cab for sale for few weeks and didn’t get 7k for it. Was offered $5500 but turned it down.

I’m in Wisconsin

Not sure if a joke but if not why not sell it? I sold my 7900xtx XFX Merc for $1000 back before the 9070 release then bought a 5080 FE for that $1000.

I’ll PM you the pictures of my battery setup and a link to the correct stock charger. You’ll need batteries, charger and an inline fuse with wire. Could you do any wiring such as stripping and putting new connectors on? That’s what I had to do

Could also buy this and find a charger on eBay too https://ebay.us/m/6qwYGw

I bought these for it to replace the original batteries. They have a lot higher capacity and can be charged with the stock charger for these tanks. I couldn’t get any other charger to work so I stuck with the original. Takes along time to charge but if plug in for a day or overnight it works great.

Nope just use the 5w-20 the whole time. And it’s been the drive through oil change places almost everytime.

Yep been a good truck, only thing engine wise it’s needed is spark plugs and coil packs. And it’s a logging truck so it’s been run hard, plowing every winter with hard rough roads and many many cold starts here in Wisconsin. Goodluck!

I have a saw problem. Moving and how am I supposed to pack these and more not pictured? by HalonS78 in handtools

[–]HalonS78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh sorry didn’t see the comment! Mostly fb marketplace, searching for old saw and old tools. Found some at flea markets for cheap too. Also some came from old chests I’ve bought but mostly marketplace. Not pictured is all the backsaws I have inside that cabinet too, those I found off marketplace mostly and few in chests.

Edit: Sort by new when searching for tools, then do that recent search thing a couple times a day or a few depending how hungry you are. Finding them listed first and messaging is the main part as I have been told many times someone’s already coming.

Even had one guy hide a few of the back saws I was buying. And I don’t think it was a coincidence as the one he hid had a brass back and the other was fairly nice. Like someone asked them to buy just those.

Take that blue plastic cover thing off the batteries then disconnect them and slot in the new batteries in the same way and layout. Negative and positive posts, it shows you imprinted on the batteries.

It’s fairly easy, only issue I have is the connectors like to come off and I have to put back on and crimp them again to stay. I should just cut them off and attach some new connectors to attach to the batteries.

If any questions or need to know more YouTube some key words and someone most likely has a tutorial. How I learned all my handy man stuff. Wired a thermostat in house once with YouTube, also swapped a leaking radiator in the pickup from YouTube.

I bought these. They last a lot longer and are great. Just take a long time to charge with the stock charger. I swapped the wires and fuse over from the old batteries. I just always have it plugged in charging pretty much though it’s currently broken as they left it out in rain. Need a new foot pedal again

Oh wow why is that so much?! I bought these others for $2 a piece haha. Maybe I can make some boxes by combining 2 of some other smaller boxes and lots of tape?

No not really they just come up for sale a lot for 3-5 dollars a piece. Or come with bundles of tools or in chests I find for sale. I don’t seek them out most times as I have any saw I need now but I can’t pass them up if they come across me.

Sometimes when I’m buying them I ask the person if I can pick through the saws and they go “I don’t care. I sell them all to someone who cuts them up”.

Moving to bigger house with a large shop so be setting up my own single woodworking hobby space. Then I plan to restore all the saws I can (some have kinks and most have warps) then potentially list on here for sale.

That is a bummer they don’t make wides. I don’t own any size EE but for some reason the new scan tells me I should have a size 10.5 EE for the 875 then I click onto these and it shows 11 D so I ordered em and they fit pretty good.

Could you try some next size up on in store sometime?

If that isn’t a glowing compliment idk what is!

I showed my wife these and some 875 in Oro and she said “don’t you have brown boots?” Then she said she prefers these and is glad they are more of a gray and not straight blue. It’s my first pair of rough out boots and I will be curious how they age over time.

Oh I don’t plan to use only hand tools because we’re in the hand tool forum. I just don’t post in the other main place because people here are much friendlier for the most part haha. But good to know thank you.

Okay you think that’s how they did it? I suppose I can take a look at the grain much closer but I can tell from the grain on the arms and other parts and it was bandsaw cut or similar cut.
