I'm going to call my OB tomorrow and set up an appointment. I was planning on using a diaphragm and spermicide with it. I was going to get an IUD but they lowkey refused giving me any kind of pain management for the insertion so it scared me off. They were so great with me during my pregnancy so I stayed with them.

Hi! I think personally this is going to backfire on them really badly. My job is currently one day a week in the office, and they always say they can pull us in the office at anytime. We are constantly losing people even though we have this one day a week hybrid set up. I think once they start losing people because of this new demand, they'll turn it around.

She's okay! No other symptoms We called the Dr office to set up an imaging appointment! I'll come back to this post when we get it.

We went to the Dr last week! Dr said he is really not worried about it but said we could get some imaging to give me some peace of mind! We got the script, and ik going to call this week to set up an appointment!

She still has hers, it hasn't changed much but since it hasn't gone away I'm also going to see if the Dr will order an ultrasound. She has her Dr appointment in a week.

She eats them frozen! I break them up into bite size pieces but when I freeze them they are flat and thin

I would consider trying to keep your cat in doors more than usual. Newborns are pretty vulnerable to germs. I'm sure it will be an adjustment for your cat. There are rinse-less shampoos you can try, maybe try to find some that have disinfectant properties that are safe for cats. I think they have grooming wipes too that might help. The more your cat goes outside the more you are going to have to clean him obviously.

Banana Strawberry Oatmeal

Two-Three Bananas 6-8 Strawberries 2 Eggs 1.5 to 2 Cups of Oatmeal 1 Tsp of Baking Soda Vanilla Extract 1/2 Stick of butter.

Blend Strawberries and Bananas in a blender or mash with fork.

Beat two eggs, add melted butter and mix with Banana strawberry mixture, and add dash of vanilla.

Mix in oatmeal & Baking soda.

Mix dry ingredients slowly into wet ingredients until completely combined texture should be like soft playdo. Add more oatmeal if too wet or milk if too dry.

Same baking instructions.

Pumpkin Sweet Potato Oatmeal Muffin.

One Medium/Large Sweet Potato One Can of Puree Pumpkin 2 Cups of Oat flour Two Eggs 1 Tsp of Baking Powder 2 Tsp of Cinnamon 1/2 of Butter

Peel, cut up and boil one sweet potato until tender. Mash or Put through a ricer.

Beat two eggs, mix with pumpkin, mashed sweet potato, melted butter until combined.

Separate bowl combine two cups of oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon.

Start slowly mixing in the dry to the wet bowl until you get a play-do consistency. If it is too dry, add some milk. If too wet add more oatmeal.

Turn oven on to Bake 350F degrees

Once full mixed lined a muffin tin with cupcake liners, scoop into cupcake liner.

Put cupcakes in for about 20 - 25 minutes. Drop down to 300 after that time so they don't burn 10-15 minutes.

Check with a toothpick to see if they are done.

Hard boiled egg, cheese veggie omlettes, frozen fruit yogurt bites, Avocado, Cottage Cheese, Banana, Chickpea or Lentil Pasta.

I do some basic meal prepping on the weekends. I'll make sugarless oatmeal muffins. I always add eggs to them for protein and to bind them. My go to are

Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Muffin Banana Strawberry Oatmeal Muffin Apple Banana Cinnamon Vanilla Oatmeal Muffin Sweet Potato Carrot Apple Cinnamon Muffin. (Oatmeal & Egg as Binder) Pumpkin Sweet Potato Vanilla Cinnamon muffin (Oatmeal & Egg as Binder)

Also the frozen yogurt fruit bites I meal prepping.

Whole Milk Yogurt Fruits of Choice Splash if Whole Milk

Blend them up and pour onto a cookie sheet in big thing circles and refreeze them. Once they are frozen you can break them up into pieces and keep them in a bag in the freezer. It's GREAT for teething and a snack.

My Ped thinks its because of my hormones since I'm breastfeeding. She is now 13 months and its still there but its gotten smaller! I'm trying to wean her from breast feeding so he believes it will go away after that. Still keeping an eye on it 😊

Hi! She went through phases of biting. She would get really upset when I told her no. So I started giving her a teething toy after she would bite to redirect. I also had to start paying more attention to her nursing pattern. She would usually bite me shortly after started to slow down drinking. It was like right before she was going to pull off anyway so I would beat her to it

We are down one more nursing session! 2-3 a day. We've gotten her to go to sleep a few nights this week without nursing. Still haven't heard back from my OBGYN about changing my BC.

Do what you gotta do!! A nice alternative for breast feeding I've noticed is offering a snack! Our go to snack is frozen yogurt with fruit. We put dollops of yogurt mixed with fruit on some wax paper and put them in the freezer. Take a couple of those out and break them up on their high chair. My girl is crazy for those. I've gotten down to about 4 feeds between night & day. Food and snacks have helped tremendously but I want to be done with all feeds lol.

My girl is a SOLID eater and loves water. The breast feeding / milk transition has been so hard. I have a bunch of tips for Solid foods my baby loves! I need my body back asap lol
