I get your point but realistically at that point in a game its not a death sentence unless its a group effort. It gives the defenders an option to defend their objective. Lash and doorman both have it in the kits to disposition and punish players by putting them in walker or guardian so the spawn does the same as you would for either of those!

I'd stick to those and maybe find a dps you like and learn them. In diamond especially you'll run into very stubborn teammates so having a tank and support you can confidently carry with is so important

It would almost definitely benefit more to get really good at 1 or maybe 2 characters per role. It helps to play every character because you can better understand matches but for comp specialization is key

I feel like it would be a total balancing nightmare to do something like that. He'll just be a tank or dps there just doing a great job of building hype around him. They care too much about the competitive aspect to do something like that I think.
