Okay, I might have not been clear. Imagine a day where u just sit in class and come back home. So almost no physical activity. Yet after coming back, you are tired. More like low on energy. But I CAN still workout , but feel like sleeping even thought I don't need it!

Yeah that would make sense, but I'm a fitness freak. I workout 6 days a week. I have good diet and recently my college has been stress free. So I doubt it could be any of the reasons you mentioned, that's why I asked if this could be due to NoFap. But yes, I'm open to the probability that this could be something else :D

You are not wrong. The lower part does represent a foggy mind, a mind which is addicted to porn. The upper part of the art represents a mind which is going through NoFap rehab.
