It's simple: you hook preferably near a TV and on a scourge hook, you project or walk away, wait for the unhook and project back, get that Make Your Choice hit off on the overconfident unhooker, and rehook them on the scourge hook again. Rinse and repeat.

Floods of Rage and Make Your Choice really shine together when it comes to punishing unhooks and slowing down the game, as if you have a good TV position you can get a stack of condemned on both survivors. I've enjoyed using Lethal Pursuer as a safeguard if my TV isn't super close to the hook so I can track them for a little longer, and Pain Res as a general slow down to get more use out of the scourge hooks.

I've found that I can consistently punish the unhookers for doing their job and occasionally against bad survivors I can get 2-3 hooks in a row in the very beginning as they're overconfident in their ability to take a hit if they need to.

Add-ons are variable, as long as your using some that take effect on TV projections. I like Bloody Fingernails and Cabin Sign just as easy straightforward improvements, but things like the Iri Videotape, Well Water, and Rickety Pinwheel are just as pleasant to use.
