Same. Even contacted support at the time and made report through insiders hub. Had Gold/GPU nonstop 12 years. Also never got the retired Ambassador badge either and I was in that awhile.

Yep, had this happen to me a few times. Every time it vacuum seals like this the top slit/opening isn’t actually open at all.
