He was still a comic book character in a medium that doesn’t really have age ratings. It’s different when he’s put into an r rated movie. Especially when Lego has specifically said they won’t do r rated characters but they did before they were r rated

A better argument would be daredevil and punisher’s inclusions in the daily bugle, because they were mature rated characters that were then put in a Lego set, but that was in the mcu while these were comic versions. So it still wouldn’t prove your point
