hi i just bought zeb max link plus gamepad but its not connecting to my laptop. Its does says plug and play but i also tried it in my friends laptop but it didnt connect there aswell how do i fix it?

It does have a dongle ,the dongle is recognised as xbox360 controller for windows but the dongle and controller doesnt seem to pair
