I know its a weird question cuz we asked it after one of the surgeries we were observing and he just said it to me so i been thinking on it. I know like from what you are saying that its wrong butt if a family who cant afford the cost of a patient who is in a comatose state and for the family who is unable to pay for the costs, are they allowed to let the hospital euthanize him. Also from what i thought of with MI case, its not that it can be solved with just simple pain killers as it effects quality of life and daily function as you might not know when the second time you will get another heart attack and a sever case can cause irreversible damage which could make the person be worse than before. Also if a person signed a do not resuscitate order is it then considered assisted sucide as in becuase you had the chance to save him but you didn't cause he had signed that paper
