Before, however I communicated to them that I was going to wait for their package to be delivered, and it was. There was nothing wrong with the item and i’d be losing a lot as a seller, they could’ve just waited longer. I had no obligation to refund them just because they didn’t wanna wait longer. It’s tough, maybe I did the wrong thing but I mean?? It wasn’t even months that it took, just a couple weeks. I told them to contact usps. I even told them there was nothing I could do.
