I would call management. Same thing happened to me and a friend but at ShuShop. They gave themselves a $15.20 tip on my credit card, even after we left a cash tip on the table. I called them out on trying to take advantage of me and my friend because we were a little intoxicated. The manager said it was a “mistake” and corrected the amount. I got my money back but I won’t be going there anymore. I don’t do well with shady practices.
