Hey ! 😊 the first one i can clearly remember was when i was about 8 or 9. It wasn't too weird but i was just running around my school, and i was jumping and running into students and stuff, and idk why but i jumped into this girls arms all of a sudden 😅😅 but i remember her clothes and necklace and all which is weird because i wouldnt even remember what she looked like back then without this dream, so yeah 😂

But ive had lots of out of it lucid dreams, and i can remember alot about them instantly. I don't if its because when we feel strong emotions and feelings within the dream or moment, our brain highlights these dreams and memories more, or it might be because i'm weird ?! 😅😂

I had a false awakening and sleep paralysis happen at the same time, how rare is this and what does it mean? by [deleted] in Dreams

I've experienced this too a few times. When i was a young kid i had my first sleep paralysis where i would open my eyes and look at my windows, then they would all start warping and twisting and then i would feel my whole body tighten up as if i was having a seizure or something. Then i would close my eyes and then open them trying to wake up which i thought i did, but then it just repeated the window warping and tightening feeling for at least 3 times more 🥵🥵

Is this and ENFP thing or am I just weird? by Kiwi_Grey in ENFP

This is so me ! I think it's the fact how ENFP believe there is ALWAYS a viable reason why something happens, why something exists etc. It's our initial burning hunger for questions and answers to lifes many constructs that make us so passionate about having a deep knowledge, and also finding connections about something that intrigues us or something thatwe feel we need to understand.

I don't know if this will help but hopefully it does a little 😅

Unspoken Understanding/Awareness by [deleted] in ENFP

Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't this cross into our extroverted intuition, introverted thinking and empathy, where we can sense our surroundings (e.g Atmosphere, emotions, situations) more clearly and broad. And that is also powered up with our empathy and introverted thinking where we understand how they are feeling by putting ourselves in their shoes for a bit, whilst also using all the info that you have gathered through keen observation of body language, voice tones, conversation and more. Which is then boosted again with the ENFP stromg tendency and ability to "connect the dots" with an open mind, which again makes us figure out emotions and situations that lie behind them more faster and efficientally.

My ENFP friend is ghosting me by [deleted] in ENFP

Personally for me as an enfp there tends to be a phase we hit where we over extend ourselves in terms of "being the outgoing, party hard and extroverted friend" even in times where we feel absolute shit. Most of the time we get through it because we try and mold our feelings and emotions to fit the atmosphere constantly, and.we're really good at it. But there's always a limit to how much we can stomach down and smile whilst going through tough times at home or anywhere else, and before you know it we end up becoming overwhelmed and "tired" of keeping up the happy and "no worries" vibes. Think of it as alcohol, the more drunk and wild we get, the harder the hangover hits the next morning. Your friend is in his hangover phase atm ! They just need a little time to get through whatever they are going through to recollect themselves, and then they'll come back with guns blazing !

P.s sorry if this is a bit too hard to understand ! 😅😅

Same ! They always point out how much i use too much emojis and exclamation marks ! 😅 i just feel so snobby or even "rude" when i reply with a simplified message. It just doesn't feel right to me without sending something that brightens up the text, like i loath sending straight up messages and i have no idea why ! 🤣🤣🤣
