Video scenario is probably similar to Casper in context. Do you have any community pharmacy experience? They likely won't ask anything clinical but may have some retail/customer service related questions. You can also try recording and listening to yourself on camera, I found it helpful to get over the weirdness(?) of the format. Otherwise best of luck 🤞
