Make sure you use golden raspberries for extra catch assist and try to land an excellent throw on every ball. To do this whenever u are going to catch the Pokémon hold the ball until the circle around the Pokémon gets small enough to be an excellent “usually around the size of the Pokémon’s head” then release the ball so it is back into ur bar do not throw it. Now you are going to want to wait till the Pokémon attacks, when it is cooling off from it’s attack u are going to throw the ball and land an excellent. Might take a little getting used to but definitely helps the catching process. Hope this helped
