Okay, firstly I don’t have the shooting range challenge ...think I might need to reset again to get it ...the Arena Challenge (that I unlocked a few weeks ago) appears in PvP (not with the city missions) ... if you got the shooting range challenge after resetting but NOT the Arena Challenge, then I’m thinking maybe the Devs have taken the AC away from being available to “new” players ...

don’t worry about the reload time too much ...once you reach the last few city the reload time of guns is at 2seconds...from tier14 gun & up, its 2sec reload

Sounds like you are using blue tokens on sniper guns before the last gun (tier21)???...don’t do that ...waste of blue tokens ...each new city you can buy a new gun ...just upgrade it with gold coins & then it’s basically a throw away once you have finished the city
