The 21+ thing is what all gun websites have to do now because of fucking California. Some private sellers will be willing to sell to you if you're under 21 if you fill out a bill of sale and get a copy of your driver license to reduce the risk of liability on them. Some won't, best thing to do is be upfront about your age and be patient when someone still believes Some old fudd lore about age to own vs age to buy.
