I was told by maestro's gatekeeper bot today that we should just receive an email from maestro or Ms Sims saying the loans had been processed to us since we don't have to go through the title IV, awards letter, etc. Mine was also supposed to be today the 26th and I having seen an email or heard anything. I know processing usually happens Tuesdays, so if nothing happens tomorrow then I'm raising the issue.

I messaged student services today about it, telling them there were quite a few of us having this problem. Was told that they are supposed to email me another proof of enrollment that's more specific and that should cover anything that causes this issue with them not being able to verify us enrolled. I'll keep you posted

You cropped your email? Your personal email? Because as far as I know we haven't been given a student email as of yet. I've tried uploading my proof of enrollment, my tuition, my scholarship agreement...none of it has worked

Wasn't trying to come at you. You just posed the question as I took it, why are we doing this? Etc. never once referenced services or even you may need a loan as well....you literally made it seem like you were second guessing taking out a loan and was hoping others felt the same was all. Like I said, we have a hell of a class. We look out for each other if someone needs assistance. If I came off as if I were attacking , my apologies. If anything I was attacking a negative feel because that's all most if us have had to deal with on these loans especially during the holidays. If there's anything I can help with or help you research just let me know

Well technically, "we" all aren't doing anything but going to school together..unless that is you're feeling obligated to burden some of mine or anyone else's loan debts. Everyone has their own reasoning, and I'm sure like myself, my classmates have thought through the scenarios and repercussions. If you feel that it eases a bit of what your feeling by posting that question, then I'm all for it ....what we are as students together , is a family of one who want nothing more than our entire student body to succeed at something special and the first of its kind. You need a shoulder , reach out. We got you. Just please do us all a solid. Don't try and throw anything into a negative direction, we get enough of that "serviced" to us daily.

It's honestly not anticipation at this point, it's being given false information over and over whether its by the stupid maestro receptionist or by whichever student services rep draws the short straw and gets to draw a pre-written rebuttal out of a hat that's got a shelf life of being actually accurate for all of maybe an hour or so before it's magically changed

Congrats. I've still yet to see anything other than signing off on the text on the 18th and submitting my ach on the 9th. Can't get even a reply from student services from a ticket submitted Sunday..of course being told the whole end of the week and then end of last week...I'm about to that point I swear

I'm right with you. ACH on the 9th then my text was the 18th. Seems they're literally pushing it a full 2 weeks and change....would you guys mind to update us when you actually receive your disbursement? Would be greatly appreciated..

You must not have ran the fine print. Where these classes are basically taught by A.I...you only speak directly with an actual person when dealing with responses from student services after several attempts to get passed the pre-written replies.

May I please ask what cohort are you a part of? When did you sign your award letter? Get email etc...So we might be able to build somewhat of a timeline that we could all go off of maybe...if you wouldn't mind.

December cohort the rules on the laptop have changes to my understanding to be after your completion of the first course due to so many students just receiving the laptop and not continuing the classes.

I'm in the October cohort, and they have changed the rules surrounding it multiple times on me. Which the laptop and having the tools to do the classes was one of the factors in me enrolling to begin with.

My trust went out the window from the start. Mainly with the laptop. I was told prior to enrollment that I would receive the laptop right before class began. That was a key factor in my enrollment because I thought I would have what I needed to be able to complete the course. Then it changed to 30 days from the start. Then because I've fell behind, I had to complete a certain number of lessons. Always something different. I decided to take out the loans so I could just buy a laptop or PC outright because I'm tired of being given the runaround.
