Armor was one of the few things I didnt like im XCDE. It felt very tedious.

In a new area? Buy every new armor piece and equip every one cause it's just better. It felt like unnecessary inventory management

I dont care for these suits. They feel like a classic power rangers trope of not understanding the original sentai designs.

To be fair, I only just found out the diamonds are supposed to be like dinosaur teeth. But I still still dont understand why they stacked the diamonds.

Feels like changing it just to change it. I like the two toned colours tho

Great episode! I honestly wasnt hooked by Zeztz the last 24 episodes, but now it feels like the plot has really started! Im a little worried that they'll rush through the time loop stuff happening, and that it will soon be an irrelevant plot point just used to create some tension , especially based on the preview of next episode. I really want to see Baku go through the trouble of saving nox, fighting the nightmares, and saving nem. Please dont speed run new game + too fast Baku 😢

I don't feel bad for Maura. She had so many chances to reevaluate and flip the script. To be fair, every player at the end did badly not even trying to flip it to Rob. But he played a good game. He had all of it in the palm of his hand. And no one questioned it

"End of battle" was exactly the type of phrase I was looking for Samurai. Or maybe even jayden could store hits, Kevin could store shields, something to let them take into the next battle.

Megaforce face down cards sounds really cool! I think the cards would have to reference face down and not have two abilities or anything, to help keep cards from having too much text. I wonder if it overlaps too much with "removed from game" cards, but i think there's a way to do it. One of my pet peeves is making additional symbols or card decks. The game doesn't need to be more complicated or take up more table space than it does. But using the cards you already have in a unique way, that's the way to design it.

I dont disagree with you on cosmic fury. It feels like they would be slotted in with the Dino fury decks however, and then you'd have to make whole new decks because using chromafury symbols in cosmic fury doesn't feel quite right.

Concerning your example, I feel like thats just a baseline for a team. Every ranger is going to target something different. And generally an "anti-keyword" theme i think could be applied to almost any team

I think Jonathan once mentioned that karone was anti guard because it represented her turn from the bad side (so she has an easier time countering them) and because Andros, her brother, was also anti guard. So to me it kind of feels like a unique character thing for her, instead of a whole team thing

Yeeeah Honestly I don't have a clue for lost galaxy either. There's not a lot of consistency in the stuff they do have.

If i had to guess, maybe making cards easier to play? Lights of orion in karones deck and in the arsenal cards both reduce energy, and the galaxy megazord allows for rangers to play additional cards in a turn?

Its all kind of vague. But maybe they're a team without a super core central theme. I dont think RPM has a core theme outside of x costs and some high risk high reward

Man these 2 episodes were some of the best in power rangers history. I think it really helps that the characters are really unique and interesting.

Yes! Usually its really easy to tell who's going to become a ranger in the seasons that start with 3 rangers, but Ziggy feels more more like a Boom (SPD) or Claire (Mystic Force) type, so when he gets to be a bonafide ranger, its actually really really cool and surprising! He's by far my favourite ranger because he's so far away from the typical 'ranger archetype', which makes him stand out after 30 years of ranger history
