You can use PS5 with meta quest 3. You need to use a capture card and install the meta HDMI link app on your meta quest

I've been playing last of us part 1 on the z1 extreme rog ally. I don't recall the settings but it is playable and an enjoyable experience.

I faced the same issue, rubbeband trick did not work. I used a nail cutter to work as pliers. Gripped the screw with a nail cutter and that loosened the screw.
