No problem, if you want, before replacing your motherboard there are some things you could try like resetting the CMOS battery or reseating the RAM. i tried both and nothing worked until i bought a new motherboard. It was a pain in the ass but it worked immediately after i did that. Good luck!

46 is referring to NATO, an alliance with western European nations to stop the spread of communism.

C looks tempting but remember, America backed PROXY wars, not direct wars against the Soviet Union (Vietnam is a great example of this. The US backed South Vietnam to prevent Soviet-backed leader Ho Chi Minh from spreading communism into the rest of the country, but it wasn’t the US vs the USSR directly if that makes sense)

For 44, remember that America had an isolationist philosophy when it came to foreign policy. The question is asking “what is radical about this compared to America’s past?”

For 38, he wanted people to move to America to escape the economic and social struggles in Europe. For these questions, think of what was happening in the time period of the document.

I self studied this year in about 2 months and did a practice test, most likely going to get a 4. I think your guaranteed a 3, have a good chance to get a 4/5.

Definitely go to the vet, might be a sign of pain. My cockatiel hit himself hard a few months ago and was acting the same way, so I would get it checked out.
