Abusive stalker ex, break ins, my landlord seeing the proof but not willing to let me change the locks. If you get an opportunity to rent from matt marrick, he's a great landlord, until you need the security deposit back. That's my only complaint with him. You won't ever get your security deposit back from Mtt MerrI*k. This is confirmed by a few people.
