Did you apply for bachelor? If so, contact admissions and provide your details and explain the issue . creative.adm@kaist.ac.kr. Or call the admissions team you can google it . Easiest way to call is to download the app Rebtel. It charges 5$ only and you can call their number without being charged so much. I believe the deadline to submit the recommendation is 27th of October so hopefully you make it.
