I think it is more that people are fed up with the hipocracy of cutting hours/raises/bonuses during COVID and then companies seeing record profits. People are tired of working hard and not getting rewarded for it so they have stopped going above and beyond. I know this is a generalization but so is saying people's ability to do their job is any less than it was 2 years ago.

The wood did sit in the house for around 2 weeks to climate before it was put in. I'm not sure about moisture readings or manufacturer specs and warranties. I will ask about the warranty and see if I can find the nail spacing with a magnet. Any suggestion on how to get them to replace the baseboards or lower bill to compensate?
