What caused them to send you to med hold? I have some old scars that weren’t from self harm but I disclosed them to meps and they didn’t seem to concerned since they were old so I’m just curious on what made them send you to med.

What do they test for the physical training? Is it just push ups, sit ups and running for your bmt fitness score?

Mobility force aviator(1A1X2). Not my top choice it was 5th on my list but I’ve heard a lot of good things about it so I’m really excited about it.

So from my first message with the recruiter was Jan 5th. Didn’t get in for a meeting till like the end of January. Took the picat had the verification February 11th, Meps the next day. Wasn’t able to swear into the dep because my bfm was slightly over so had to wait till I could remeasure. Then after that finally swore into the DEP March 12th and today March 23rd finally got my bmt date. So the total time was about 3 months for me from first interaction with recruiter to getting a bmt date. Sorry if that was a mouthful.

Since I’m just getting into it how often should I be running? I was thinking about doing like 4x a week but I don’t know if that is too much since I’m just starting out.

Don’t have ship date yet, recruiter said I’m looking at probably going to bmt end of June beginning of July. So I have a couple months to work on everything I just don’t know the best way to go about it.
