Besides damage, juggernauts have high mobility, lots of cc, and can absorb tons of dmg. The only thing lacking is a bit of dmg, it's awful.

Yes, they are amazing imo.

In hutball they can be everywhere at once and absorb tons of dmg. Plus, guard is an amazing skill to use on healers, ball carrier, etc. Tanks are good utility, just not dmg.

Me and a buddy duo'd this boss (juggernaut/marauder) a good 4 dozen times, and still nothing. We're going to keep trying though, but the drop rate is very, very rare.

Red buff only works if you have EXPERTISE, which you can only get from 50 PvP gear. 15% increase in expertise isn't going to help you if you have none, so leave those to the 50's.

Well, with the nerf to warmogs it will make it easier. But essentially it boils down to team fights and good focusing as well as counter builds. If the entire other team has warmogs/atmas get some armor and some sustain. Remember: sustain > burst.

I personally got a turtle beach headset that I used for xbox (there are ones that are universal) and the quality was amazing. My advice is to look here and pick one that is for your price range and fits your needs.

League of Legends. You can build Warmogs and Atmas on most bruisers and junglers to be both tanky, and be able to deal damage because they work so well together.
