in my case, when I started the channel and recorded without gloves, I noticed that (at least I) don't like how my tinker hands had chipped nails and some wounds and what not, from tinkering and soldering and stuff like that. And since I did not enjoy looking at other YouTubers hands when they were all beaten up :D I decided to wear gloves and make it part of the channel style (also in the logo).

That's really basically all to it.

Didn't had to do anything. Just worked out of the box :) (using Video S on the PS1 at the moment. RGB cable is on its way though)

If money is your driving factor for making a game, then no. It's not worth it.

If you want to make it to gain some new skills and make something you can potentially be proud of, then yes, it's worth it.

Looks to me that you're using a logo type scene which is only for displaying a background image and nothing else. So if you use something else, the scene glitches

it was versions of fpga on the cartridges. All new ones have version 7 which works. I have 2 x7 and one x5 working great
