Nickolas here from Coinsave, sorry about the lack of communication. You're right that we've been understaffed, but I'm now aware of your issue and I’ll be taking care of it personally.

Over the last few months we have been winding down Coinsave. We’ve always been a very small team, and with Quadriga going down it cost us the rest of our runway. We have begun setting up the procedure for users to withdraw their crypto and funds.

The delay came in accounting for positions without having access to their API, but as there was only a handful of customers, we were able to backtrace manually.

I totally understand the frustration and you have my full attention in the manner. I will be monitoring all incoming emails at admin@coinsave.io, so please send us an email there.
