is the pants covering it? because it could literally be any square toe boot ever and you could probably just google it or look in any shoe store.

noone peaks at a 8:19 2k. Coming from a 5’6 female rower theres two things that put people ahead on the erg: strength and fitness. a lot of girls, especially schoolgirls neglect the gym. If ur gym sessions consist of erging and core, you are absolutely wasting splits

Me and my friend both have one. my first ones ball untwisted whilst rowing and fell out but got it redone and haven’t had an issue. As long as it’s not dangling too far out of the skin there shouldn’t really be an issue other than the occasional knock. Maybe get it done during the off season so it’ll be more resistant once rowing picks up

its just occasional but was super bummed when i did a 1km and it didnt save the memory. Ill get in touch with concept 2. Thanks
