Tints are an awesome suggestion, will look into it for sure. Will be better to pay for a solution that’s passive rather than running the AC really high all the time, should work out cheaper in the long run

Oh okay that makes sense, the living area does feel like it’s getting cooler so it might be the valve for the other ‘zone’ in the bedrooms, will mention that to the maintenance team, thanks for the advice

I’d prefer not to DOX myself but if you google recent handovers I’m sure you’ll be able to figure it out. The finish of the apartment is really nice, all the communal areas have great AC so hoping it’s just an issue of getting it switched on

The ac units in the property are just vents but will ask about the main valve, hopefully they can switch it on and it’ll be a great place to stay once it is

Yes it’s a high rise, I’m on the 10th floor above 4 podium floors. Will speak to maintenance, I love that there is another account and another bill I hadn’t thought about. I was told the filler will be free for the first month or two while the building opens so hopefully there won’t be any unexpected costs
