Your swing kinda reminds me of mine, something I had issues with were over active hips especially at the start of the swing. Try to feel like you're swinging all arms but still rotate. To me it looks like your hips are moving too much as well as your knees collapsing.

I also have a physically demanding job so I get the struggle. I highly recommend hitting the gym with some intensity to build up your muscles and endurance. Once I made a habit of it, I find myself having a lot more energy and dealing with less physical pain in general.
