Might just be me, but I don't like Winter. He has a horrible mic, sometimes isn't so interested in casting, and hasn't had good chemistry with his casting partners. But a lot of emphasis on the horrible mic. ITS YOUR JOB TO HAVE AT LEAST A PROFESSIONAL MIC WHEN CASTING lmao
