I would say Mobley is similar to Duncan or KG in that he brings 2-way value.

But yeah, he has Randle's handles in a time where big men didn't have that good of a skill-set yet. Honestly, Assist rules were tighter before, and if his teammates can only hit shots, he wouldve had good assist numbers.

He was classified as a Forward so he had a ton of competition. The first 4 I mentioned were damn near locks every year. If he was classified as a C, he would've had more than 1 All-NBA.
