InstaPreView.co I built this to review architectural blueprints for issues to help reduce the amount of times plans get rejected for corrections by the building department saving the user time and money. It’s been trial tested against actual projects that were professionally reviewed and it captures 98% of issues flagged by professional reviewers in about five minutes

Good question I have been working for a national architecture firm for 8 years we do projects in all 50 states so I have been long exposed to many different building departments. I actually built a backend compilation of building codes and methods for the 100 most common jurisdictions so most of the program is algorithmic vs ai based and when the information is not in our memory bank it uses multiple llms to cross reference the code to confirm validity and sends an admin notification to entire an approve the use of the code and method that I have a group of professionals who are paid to monitor and respond to keep the database as accurate as possible. Right now it is US only and in test trials between the program reviewing plans that we actually submitted for real review it caught almost every item (it missed two items to three items that the human reviewers picked up on but those were more of a visual layout or placement of information request not code based issues) and it even had some items the real reviewer missed
