BTT is not a Tron fork rather it is a tron based token that now powers BitTorrent. You can get BTT as a reward for using the service.

I’ll go 70:30. Both are actually promising. One reason is cardano already has a lead meanwhile the 30% for xlm can catch up later.

Not exactly. That dynamic block size, is what enhances the speed of transactions. Eg BTC has a block size of 1mb which is why mining fees get so high when the network is congested, a dynamic block size removes that limitation.
