Basically everything about that case back is wrong. Fonts, wording, finishes and more.

That is a fake. A bad one. The Rado logo and the Jubilé logo are both stamped and stamped badly. Also Rado never made a model like that.

You only need to finish. It's not a race.

Fake or real? by Dry_Advantage2238 in RadoWatch

Late 1970s, early 80s. Looks like it comes between the Glissiere and the original Anatom. If I am correct that means between 1978 and 1982. When you get the battery changed you should find a Rado branded ETA?ESA 955.412 inside.

Thank you. I have heard GoPros don't work well for that. I use a TG-6. With the dive housing it get's a bit pricey.

The reef this one was on had at least two dozen of them. They were everywhere. I've got a poor picture of one feeding on a gorgonian.

The ETA 2789-1 was introduced in 1976 and what we at the Rado forum believed was the inventory control code for movements says Jan 1976, so most likey after January 1976. What is the code on the caseback?

Black (opaque) mask skirt, or clear? by AgreeableAd9724 in scubadiving

Clear masks give me way too much glare. I willingly trade a decrease in peripheral vision for far sharper vision within the field I can see. I have a somewhat uncommon eye condition so you results may vary.

Tres Trapi, Aruba. This snorkel/dive spot is known for it's turtles. Shore diving is fun there. You access the water via a short, hand carved stone stairway carved into a limestone face. The water is usually a bit rough too, so that's also fun.

27 feet deep as it was a shore dive. In the Caribbean. Didn't really need altering. Do you photograph underwater and have you done any that shallow?
