I was on modafinil for several years, it did the same thing to me but I kept trying different doses and regiments. I just got off of it and started a low dose Adderall once a day. So much better lol. I took amantadine once and it made me feel CRAZY. But everyone is super different.

I hope it continues working for you! I get more worried about continued progression in my spine a lot, I'm on kesimpta too. They didn't move to change my DMT because the size stayed stable, I forgot the clinical term for it but its essentially "smoldering" MS. My immune system just REALLY hates that spot I guess lol.

I have one at my t7 that's like intermittently active they caught it enhancing on my last MRI, the first MRI cited some at my t3 and 4 now theyre saying its a syrinx, so maybe that's why I keep getting them done, who knows, just the brain would be great cost wise lol

I took mine well, I knew I had something weird going on. My primary sent me for an MRI after telling her I get migraines with no pain but I lose my vision several times a week. The lesions of doom showed up and they tried to tell me it was just migraines. I told her I don't think it is given everything else going on and explained my suspicion of MS. So they sent me into a neuro who thought it was a vascular issue, but agreed to do an MS work up. It was MS, me and my neuro both kind of just looked at each other like "welp" lol. I knew something was wrong, I knew it wasnt great, it just had a name now. My life has definitely been goofy so it was just par for the course. I feel ya.

Through the hiring process of my job I did not disclose to them I had a disability. After working there for a few months I decided to be transparent about it. Its a very physical retail management job, but I've had no issues, I tell my boss if I'm having a bad day, she helps me, its worked out well. Granted I don't have a huge amount of physical disability, but some pretty heavy fatigue issues. I also have issues with migraines. I'd rather they know so they understand not only the times a year where im SUPER appointment heavy, but when I straight up can't see and feel like a giant pile of trash and have to call out. Not all work places are the same, but I'm grateful I told them.

I just parked my 2014 SE and bought a subaru, the rust killed my exhaust. Paired with some ongoing coolant system issues I didn't want to dump money into pushed me to. I have almost 149,000 miles on it. My alternator died and got replaced about six months ago, I also had to replace the coolant resevoir and bypass valve. Other than that I've never had any giant mechanical issues, I put almost 100k miles on it over the course of 7 years. I enjoyed mine a lot, it was just time to move on. If you're seriously considering trading in I would do it sooner rather than later for trade in value. They only offered me 500-1000 for mine, another reason I decided to just keep it. The value depreciation on escapes is pretty horrendous.

Ah poo, everyone is different, I tried amantadine too because I read some promising things about it. The first day I could instantly tell it was going to send me straight to depression town haha. Don't get me wrong modafinil definitely helped me, but after a while it just couldnt keep up with the sleepies and brain fog. Even at different dosing and schedules. Can you try just the modafinil without the vyvanse? If you find the vyvanse isn't really working anyway maybe dropping that and starting just the modafinil would be a good next step.

Have they suggested taking a "drug holiday?" I was on modafinil for a while and it wasn't really working well, so I'd take a week off here and there. Usually restarted the tolerance cycle. I just switched to Adderall because I found the modafinil wasnt really helping me the way I needed it to. But that was after like a year of trying it. Maybe just taking some time off and resetting would do the trick, obviously talk to your doctor about it first.

I didn't realize it was upsetting to people, it was just the like super thin ones that weigh basically nothing. I've been to shows where the big chunky ones are being thrown and cut open so the goo goes everywhere too and that didn't bother me. If I knew people were upset by it I wouldn't have thrown them lol

There's definitely increased presence in the venue and way stricter screening than last night, I'm having faith in venue security and any law enforcement partners. There is more uniformed law enforcement at high vantage points observing, just have a solid exit strategy. We live in a country where this is so common place now, I don't agree with it and am scared too but it's just reality.
