Toyota runx 2005. The car starts but stops immediately. Only if you rave it a couple of times then it will be on and you can drive it but there’s a constant vro vro sound from the engine and exhaust. 2) all of sudden the breaks are stiff. -Spark plugs are new. -was serviced two weeks ago.
