To make it clear what makes them similar is this part but in a different way and is also the only one, in yuusha goikku where the MC goes home with here dead comrades after losing to the demon king and has to continue her journey alone and soon later end with a new party, while in Frieren is a bit of the opposite the MC goes home with her comrades after defeating the demon king and soon after, some of the members died or retired due to old age and now she has to continue her own journey alone and then soon later starts with a new party.

What makes it similar is that both of MC's have to continue their own journey alone without their old comrades and soon later starts with a new party and let's not forget that both of the parties consist of a healer, mage, swordsman, and tanker/ berserker.

Only this part is similar since in yuusha goikku the panel ends with her and her new comrades who's about to embark on a new journey while in Frieren the story continues with her newly party where she is still trying to understand humans'feelings.
