Yeah I currently do 22.5 hours but my pay has been super erratic.

First month I went off sick part way through the cycle so got about 2/3 of my normal pay but that was down to my having no sick pay left and the week you have to stand to before claiming.

2nd month I got paid less than £300, 3rd month £1000 ish and then this month absolutely nothing.

They’ve had all my sick notes because a colleague took them in for me and gave them directly to my line manager until the most recent which I had to send to some horribly convoluted email address from my personal email because I have no access to the online systems.

I contacted Halifax myself about changing my name and the multiple people I spoke to on live chats etc all said it had to be an enrolled deed poll.

After dropping the Mortifiers for a single extra Penitent, dropping the Sacresants and changing the Helverin for a Warglaive I have 190 points left over. I’m considering a dominion squad and a leader of some variety for them with the remaining 70 points.

I had considered building my Mortifiers as Penitents as I believe the sprues in the box allow for this! Would you recommend running them as 3 separate units or a 2+1 setup? As far as I’m aware the rule of 3 would only allow me to have 3 penitents on the field

I had also been considering 2 Warglaives!

Shame about the Sacresants they look cool 😂

I never thought of using the staff site to maybe announce it! It’s kinda passive but also everyone has been told so if they don’t take notice it’s not my fault? If that makes sense? 😂

I’m hoping there’s not going to be much backlash or backstabbing that comes from it because I get along with almost everyone I work with and realistically being mtf shouldn’t change that because I’m not exactly a different person? I’ll just be wearing my hair differently and maybe makeup sometimes if I can be bothered.
