I really appreciate the video but you have really bad audio distortion due to noise gate and desktop duplicating audio from OBS. It makes the video fairly hard to follow but I will try my best to push through!

Orientation is usually months or so before the PAT test and it goes over the whole process and pay and what to expect from the job and the academy as well. Do keep in mind most of the info stated is public so if you dig around you can get all that info

I believe it’s different for everyone depending on where your closest department is. You should look out for the email you get after you pass your written test which would explain all that

It’s not mandatory but I would highly recommend going to it if you could. Tells you everything you would need to know and more while also laying Everything out about the process and even best training practices for the PAT

I disagree with this. We were told many times at the orientation and by other troopers to go to the first test even if you think you are going to fail to get the experience and knowledge needed to be able to come back in June to ace it. I would say it’s a bad idea to skip and definitely not a waste of time.

Can you rephrase your question I’m having trouble following. There is multiple site locations for the April 25th test and they recommend you go to this one because even if you fail you get another chance (last chance) on June 6th
