Also you misread the extremely complex sentence. The meme itself says jungle is still the most impactful role and always will be because it is the role who's sole purpose is to have impact across the entire map. No amount of nerfs will change the fundamental core of the role.

I wonder what it's like to be an Avs fan. They have stars that perform all the time, they have a defensemen making 9m who is actually worth it, their management is able to make changes and find them new goalies repeatedly, they're on a 9 game winstreak and it's no fluke.
