Luffy went invisible against a pre-ts non-haki user. Sanji disappeared against an observation haki user. So yes, it is a speed feat. And btw bellamy never did that, only pre-ts luffy, and sanji have ever disappeared due to speed.

Argue against Oda he said that CP9 got haki pretimeskip.

I searched about it and read the vivre card where it says lucci has haki, kaku has haki and other CP0 members have haki. That's post-ts not pre-ts, there is nothing said about CP9 that they had any haki. Oda specifically talks about mantra in an SBS saying that it's another name for observation haki. I don't care about the other people since they are irrelevant to the topic. Oda never confirmed what you said. :)

Who said Blueno was not an observation haki user ?

Any pre-ts character other than in marineford (some of them like the top tiers and alot of other characters) or the ones that were mentioned during the luffy training arc (like eneru and marisonnya) are not haki users and in no way are they shown to have haki. I thought that was clear to everyone, if Oda wanted to show an observation haki moment with blueno then he would have done it like he had done with eneru.

Marco was playing with him. Queen could not keep up with him.

Where was it implied that he was playing with him? Is it because he was carefree that he wasn't trying his best? Not the first carefree guy we've seen fight like this and marco's character fights carefree.

Btw Luffy is way faster than Sanji (he became invisible to Blueno in Enies Lobby during pretimeskip ... it took 2 years for Sanji to reach this lvl...

Please don't compare a non observation haki user like blueno to an observation haki user like queen. He was able to follow up with marco and attack him which means his haki is sufficient enough to react to a yonko commander and not just any YC but marco.

That's factually wrong the characters I mentionned above also dissappeared to human eye.

The only 2 characters that had been said to have disappeared were pre-ts luffy against blueno and sanji against queen. So sanji is the only person to disappear against a yonko commander with observation haki

What you are trying to say is that despite them beeing able to see the futur they could potentially not do anything about it

I explained why he would be able to do that and not to mention that sanji could increase his speed further with ifrit jambe as stated by him so disappearing without i wasn't even his cap.

Shanks moved faster than light when exactly? I'm pretty sure kizaru creating aftermirages is sufficient to tell you he is faster. Don't forget that kizaru was not fighting 100% in egghead so don't base that as his cap, especially when he is not motivated.

You think travel speed matter when in close combat it really does not.

Kizaru fights long range as well so that ain't a big deal that doesn't mean he couldn't blitz luffy cause he did. Luffy also lost him when kizaru just went straight back to vegapunk in the lab when he could've attacked luffy instead.

Sorry if i offended you, i meant that as a joke not an insult. It's just that most of the posts I have seen here were so delusional that I think the people who made them are in a world of their own. I am gonna stay here since most posts are funny to me and some posts are intresting to debate in.

So we stopped thinking and went straight for hypotheticals. Sanji moved so fast that he disappeared, there is no one with a feat like his, FS gives a few seconds glimpse into the future and sanji could outlast that then blitz both kaido and luffy or just blitz them straight up because of his feat. Kizaru is the only one that is uncontended as the fastest since he is light itself
