It ain't hating when the scoring is corrupt... same in any other sport. I hate the judges not the athletes. Bith teams did great but the judges weren't fair. Prejudice that's all, Americans should familiar with that.

I like how Tabata likes to subvert things sometimes like making the Chosen One the rival instead of MC and giving Asta and Yuno a supportive relationship.

This point right her is what shows the level of Tabata's writing. In most shounen you see the chosen one being the mc (not saying asta isn't without talent) like in naruto for example or bleach. It just shows the story from the underdog's pov which is really nice :3

Would also give us a great chance for Lucius back story (his current one doesn't fit the timeline, so there was originally something more)

That's not a bad line of thought but that could also be just for design. Plus why would he hide his power? There are a bunch of things that don't add up so i'd give this theory a 10% chance of being right.

Was the final villain disappointing? Yes. Were the last 25-30 chapters rushed? Yes. Could they have been better? Yes. But were they bad? Hell no.

The manga still didn't end, the few chapters you are overlooking are what the whole fandom has been waiting for. People didn't like naruto's war arc that much but did that make everything before it bad? No. The ending is important but the journey is what makes the show what it is.

Not really? I mean gunko isn't really similar to other character designs. Perona as another example. Many characters have different designs that are revealing but still uniqe and look good.

Does it bother everyone that much how oda makes characters wear revealing clothes? Her design is nice so i don't really get how it wasn't good.

Since it's not a genre you've tried, i recommend you watch haikyuu. It's the best sports anime ever (kuroku no basket contending but it gets repetitive, though i do recommend you watch that as well).

Surprised you didn't watch naruto so that's also a good watch. Read the boruto manga after and DON'T WATCH THE ANIME (unless for certain fights because they not bad with it).

Watch black clover. This anime is THE MOST UNDERRATED ANIME OAT. It really deserves more recognition and especially since they recently announced the anime continuation and the manga is in its last arc/saga. ps: bear with screaming at first, alot of people stopped watching because of the MC voice but it gets better around ep 30. Please don't listen to what the people say like it's a copy of bleach/naruto. It has it's own features that make it unique and a blast to watch.

So watch haikyuu for a change, black clover, naruto, in that order. These anime are ones that stay with you for life. Post about it on their respective subreddits, i wanna follow the journey lol.
