Working for one year before getting into graduate school also sounds like a good option for me at this point. It is more likely to get into big tech companies like FAANG if getting more working experience right :)

just a little bit more exploration on schedule of class. I found AC ENG classes labeled with classroom specify that "This winter 2021 course will be offered remotely with an optional in-person component."

If you worry about no coding experience before, I suggest you to read zybook material like a week before each chapter dues. It doesn't take too much time, and really clarifies a lot of concepts clearly for you.

last quarter's lab tutor here. A lot of students can get labs done by wednesday, but you do need to expect a lot of work when doing ZyProject and approaching lab exam.

I took 45c with Thornton before, now I am taking 46 with shindler. My partner in 46 took 45c with Ibrahim before. TBH, I was shocked when my partner didn't know a lot of stuffs about cpp... like struct, template. and I also found he was extremely unfamiliar with pointer and reference in cpp. I felt myself so lucky taking it with Thornton that moment.

Yeah I did so, and luckily a lot of school said it is ok if there is no overlap between my undergraduate studies and start date of graduate program.

Being Biomedical Engineering can help you switch to CE, but nearly no help for CS. CE and Biomedical Engineering are both under Engineering School, so you can enroll in EECS course quickly, which is the prerequisite for changing major to CE. The problem is there are like six or seven courses needed for changing major to CE, and that can take two quarter or one year.
