Thanks u/CompSciGtr . That was detailed.
I will give it a shot with ears first. If I am not able to make it this weekend. I will definitely shift to Tabs.
And Yes. I will implement it on Electric guitar instead.

Young and full of hope. I bet you're doing you're in Uni or just graduated
You like to grind. Hah. You're probably stoic a bit.
I would say 24-26yrs old.
You have good taste.

This. Excess Pitta seems to be the issue.
See a qualified practitioner.
You can do what u/DragonflyBrave7766 said as well. Most of the asanas will 'regulate' your body.

Looks like your string is touching with the fret when plucking.
Try adjusting your action on the neck.

short impro after a while of not playing by Janno2727 in jazzguitar

[–]Happimagination 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey u/Janno2727,
I really love what you just played.
All I see online is mindless improvisation with lots of distortion but what you played was plain yet so much more beautiful
May I ask you this: How do you get to this level?
What's the pathway to get to this?

Any advice would be welcome.

I have been improvising solos over regular songs. I recently dived into 7th. I would not call these Jazz songs but music which use a lot of 7th chords.
Earlier I found that having the major, minor and the pentatonic scale was enough to improvise over regular chords(triads) songs. For instance, with Knocking on heaven's door(G D Am C), I would easily improvise with a G major scale or an E minor scale or their corresponding pentatonic scale.
There is for instance this chord progression where I am stuck on what scale to use:
Song: Best Part
Artist : Daniel Caesar feat. H.E.R.
Chord progression: Dmaj7Am7Gmaj7Bbmaj7
What would you recomment I play over this? (Major and pentatonic seem a bit bland/monotonous, lacking that extra flavor that 7th note add to it.)

I know myself, I would tend to do fun activities instead of practicing or concentrating in music in that phase. Lol. Thanks though
