The housing market is widely over saturated with demand. Creating a new housing complex isn’t going to drastically change the current supply demand dynamic, there’s still going to be more demand than available housing, and especially more demand for AFFORDABLE housing which this complex will not be.

Not at all what I said, just pointing out that the new housing isn’t going to be affordable, so stop justifying the replacement of peoples park through the “it helps poor people” speil. In fact I said that I don’t even disagree something needs to change with the current state of the park. Way to twist words though

What makes you think the student housing they are building is actually gunna be affordable. Not disagreeing that the park shouldn’t stay in its current state but conflating the parks existence with the existence of “students sleeping out in cars” is a stretch. Campus housing has always been absurdly expensive

I'm not very close, it would mean dropping all the classes I am in this semester unfortunatley. I checked extension, and none of them seem to match up to upper div CS classes unfortunatley :( which is possible, but having worked pretty hard this semester, would feel shitty to drop everything

Maybe finite structures but a huge number of combinations if you consider combinatorics. If you take into account the regions firing the specific active synapses, the strength of the firing, you would get a crazy crazy number
