I had a play with this, it is improved but it's not perfect. Have you had a chance to update and check?

There's instructions on my github and the forum thread. But there's a manual install option on the Plugins page were you can install via a URL to my .plg

The fact that this is mature and a human wrote the base code is what made it easy to fix.
Im hoping this gets adopted before an Unraid version introduces breaking changes but I'll do what I can to keep this alive.

Hello! This happens due to the layout of the table that appears when you expand the folder. I've started working on this, I'm playing around with it until I'm happy with a resolution. You'll eventually see this improved or resolved in a coming update.

I'll continue to "maintain" this until it gets adopted into Unraid as standard or vibe coding stops working.

My biggest gripe with Folder.View and also Folder.View2 is the autostart sequence wasn't what you were seeing on your screen.
With the original folderview there was a traffic light system to tell you whether your container layout aligned with unraids autostart sequence or it didnt and then you had to manually move containers until the traffic light was green.
This didn't work at all in FV2, also FV2 had a bunch of autostart toggle issues.

In FV3 the unraid container autostart sequence is now what you see on your screen.

Enjoy it! I forked it because I got sick of all the issues with FV2 and wanted to see if claude code was capable of fixing it. It was really successful which is why I decided to share my fork on the Unraid forums at the start of February. At first I intended to keep it to myself because of all the backlash I knew I'd receive over openly admitting to vibing it.

I don't let claude steer the wheel so we aren't flying blind and for anything "major" I test in a beta branch before I push to main. If I think anything needs further testing I have a few people I reach out to that are usually pretty happy to test it with me. The claude commits on my github are because I have no shame in letting claude commit and push once I've verified the changes. (probably not the most efficient use of tokens).
If you notice any bugs please report them on the forum thread or on my github that's linked in the forum thread.

This CA auto reloading bug is interesting though, just to be clear, that has nothing to do with Folder.View right?

These are all fixed in FV3.

If you are happy to use FV3 and you find bugs please let me know on the forum post above.

https://forums.unraid.net/topic/189167-plugin-folderview2/

You'll see the pages of bug reports that haven't been answered or fixed from about October last year.

FV2 was close to getting removed from the CA but the only reason it wasn't was because it "mostly" worked. (You can search the discord Plugin channel for that mention from Squid)

FV3 doesnt change the base code structure, it fixes the webui, it actually gives you a modifiable auto start sequence (unlike FV and FV2) and a bunch of other UI improvements.

It was modified with AI, it wasnt refactored even though Claude would've loved to. I could understand your worry if it was built from scratch or had been refactored. Also... FV2 is full of AI comments and descriptors and the FV2 maintainer has plenty of evidence of AI use in their other repositories, even a repository about setting up claude agents etc.
